Hidden teahouse freeze
It gets stuck on this screen

System
Graphics Settings
Texture / effects
LOW instead of High

get past that screen once then change settings back.

I'm not sure if this may help, but try to do a Verify Integrity / verify game files.

When I unlocked the Teahouse, I would get the loading symbols, but crash to desktop instead. I wasn't even aware that the Teahouse unlocked until the issue was resolved for now.
