You'll need to reach Depths 6 to start receiving Grace of Oyamatsumi on equipment, but can at least start collecting the other gear. I just built it myself and can report it's very effective for survival and regenerating used Onmyo magic items. It does require you to sacrifice a melee weapon slot to complete the Onmyo Austerity+ set (you must equip an Odachi with Onmyo Austerity+), but in my opinion it's worth it.
Omoikane's Grace (6 pieces). Jutsu means it affects both magic/ninjutsu
Life +434
Elemental Damage +15.0%
Jutsu Power +60
Jutsu Item Damage +20.0%
Jutsu Power +90
Untouched Jutsu +40.0%
Grace of Tsukoyomi (5 pieces)
Life +358
Reduced Defense (Onmyo Magic Hit)
Onmyo Magic Power +70
Onmyo Magic Damage (Unscathed) +15.0%
Untouched Onmyo Magic +15.0%
I'm not sure about stacking Untouched Jutsu and Onmyo, but this could give you lot of extra uses for magic
Someone else who does the math on these things mentioned that the Untouched Onmyo Magic doesn't stack from the Set and the Accessory Slots. I was reading the Forums to find out when I switched to wanting Omoikane's Grace and Onmyo Austerity + a couple of weeks ago. Still hunting down the Gauntlets and Greaves from Austerity +, which is only driving me batty because I got rid of so many of them previously. Always the way, but gives us something to do playing solo.
If the IIRC is an IPIRC - I'm Positive I Recall, let me know. Must game before more referencing.
0.5 + 0.5*0.4 = 0.5 + 0.2= 0.7 = 70%?
A more easy to follow equation would be as such:
0.5 x 1.40 = 0.7
So, if untouched ninjutsu or untouched onmyo is at 50%, then untouched jutsu would act as an additional 40% of that value, added on top.
If I had to guess at WHY the game handles it this way, as a multiplier rather than a simple additive, I'd say it's for balance purposes.
I'm about 95% positive.
It is exceedingly hard to do concrete testing in this game. This would not be the first time that a value switches from additive to multiplicative if there is an existing value in this game.
As I said before, the most likely reason for that being a thing is as an attempt to make things better balanced without rendering more limited availability effects totally useless.
Btw graces add an extra layer of RNG.... I hope it doesn't reach Diablo levels.
Ferryman armor has lifedrain water attack on each piece.
Onmyo Hunting armor has onymo magic power on each piece.
The two fox masks (black and white) have lifedrain / damage bonus scaling with your onymo magic.
There are a bunch of other helmets that work goodish with magic, but they're mostly yokai ability related.
*mad laughter*
By the way, only one piece of Tsukoyomi (Fists) has dropped for me until now. And that was a week ago. Wth? o.O
If I wasn't familiar with RNG, I'd say that the game is biased against Onmyo.

Theres also another chart floating around that actually has the floor numbers on each grace.
Aside from that:
Desire Sensor being Desire Sensor.
I spent two weeks trying to get a usable basic sword with owatatsumi for the character I'm currently running through depths with. Pretty much the entirety of standard underworld without a basic sword with the correct grace. The only one that dropped that entire time had a built-in element of the incorrect type.
