Nioh 2 is showing the same base price since Steam launch in my region*. And there's a 40% sale going on right now.

You may want to write to the company directly or perhaps Steam for the regional pricing.

It seems that there were some currency conversion update. On steamdb I see that the highest drop was 40% so you could compare current price (-40%) vs historical lowest (also -40%) and see difference in conversions. Some places got price increased, other got decreased.

Colombian Peso went from 41100 to 124800. It's a bit more than 3 times
Turkish Lira went from 149,40 to 679,80
Argentine Peso went from 1259,40 to 6797,40

Strange thing is, that Nioh 1 and Nioh 2 costs the same now...both 55,50 bucks o_O

My country making regional prices or their manager/someone ? Like I said currency increased ~20% and game price increased twice

You know some countries tax imported goods even games 60% and prob higher. As you read previous comments some people dont have the increase in steam game prices. It's their econkmkc sitiuations and govt policies. No change of price where i am.

The price does not necessarily change in all regions. Developers and publishers don’t care how much the exchange rate has increased, the main thing they saw is that the currency has become cheaper and raised the price by 2 times. Right now managers should sit and watch the situation in the country when they can simply raise the price 2 or 3 times more (which is what they are doing).
