Appraise Tea Utensil bug?

For some reason in the hidden tea house I can't appraise my remaining tea set. I have 5 of them in my inventory with ??? and when I click to appraise them nothing happens. It is highlighted in white and the option is clickable. But the guy doesnt look at it or anything like he normally would do. It seems it is bugging out for me and its really annoying because I'm at 47/50 tea sets appraised and I'm trying to get the achievement for 50 of them. What do I do here?

I just got another one but still the same issue, its not letting me Appraise them. Danjo just sits there not say anything after selecting the option and i have to go back to the map to get out of that menu

try playing the game in offline mode and see if that does anything, you'll need to turn your own internet off to force that

The fix for this issue is to go from main menu to Epic Store Settings (path: -> System -> Online Settings -> Matchmaking with players of Epic Games Store edition), and then switch settings value to "No inheritable", or switch that setting couple of times, but the final value must be "Not inheritable".
This solution worked for me, I hope this helps OP, or someone reading this post.
