I WANT THE CAT EARS

WHAT CAN I DO

I TRIED TO HAVE FRIENDS DROP IT FOR ME BUT IT DID NOT WORK. EVEN WITH NO DIVINE WEAPONS EQUIPPED I COULD NOT SEE THEIR CORPSE

I HAVE HEARD OF SOMETHING LIKE A DARK WORLD KODAMA BAZAAR. BUT THE REDDIT POST SAID THEY TRIED FOR AN HOUR AND COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING

ARE THERE ANY MODS THAT WILL UNLOCK THE EARS FOR ME?

Not possible, unless they re-introduce it as a DLC later on.

And even friends cant drop it, If you fight them they only drop the base Sohaya not the Desert one, And ''if'' you somehow gain it from them you cant refashion it because items dropped by revenants wont unlock refashions.

Maybe you could use someone else's save file and that way you could get it, or family share.

yeah i edited my post since using someone's savefile could also make it ''work''.

Nah, you don't need to use someone's save file, you can make it work on your own. I did that myself with Demon Slayer armor to get a refashion model a little earlier.

I do not recommend to modify equipment values, you can get a decent gear using in-game mechanics such as lucky drop on accessories, high luck stat etc. And there are rerolls at blacksmith to modify a stat that you don't like. The CE is good to get an item refashion which is not available otherwise, that's all.

he didnt have the item in general since it was a liimited time offer, you didnt get them if you didnt buy the game in the first month of release, so unless you cheat the item in you cant refashion to it either.

This gave me an idea, I wonder if the First Samurai Armour (ps4 pre order) is in the game files

I think it is, i remember i tried to add the armor [refashion model] and i succeded. It looks like the armor from an image of PS4 pre-order bonuses, has the same name in the CE table, idk about an actual in-game name on English tho. It has a little difference in a color, but otherwise it's very similar armor.

Also it seems like the game doesn't saving the model to the blacksmith to refashion, this particular piece of armor is not there. So yeah, the armor is still there, but it can only be refashioned via CE.

You don't need to use cheat engine for it. Start steam offline then change your pc's date to like February 12th or something. I forgot when the exact dates were. Then just check boons and you'll get it. That's what I did.

This wasn't working for me but Vani Snow said it worked so I tinkered with it a bit more.

For any catgirl enthusiasts from the future: I closed steam, then changed my date/time to Feb 12 2021. then opened steam (offline mode). Then opened nioh and went to the shrine and received boons.

Before when I tried I had steam open then changed my date / time and it wouldn't work.
