Um no, my character has a decent amount of health and don't get one shot by any other bosses.
But I'm talking about
https://nioh2.wiki.fextralife.com/Minamoto+no+Yorimitsu
This is the move.
https://youtu.be/IzHnh_QTp6A?t=117
It did 2860 in damage against that person. I've received up to 3010 damage from something else.
At the time I had about 2500 ish HP and this is just going directly to the DLC and completing it.
But you can show how easy you can tank that move because it seems to be a universal one shot move on most people.
2500 HP is not much.
By the time I got to this point I already had over 4000 HP, not to mention damage reduction from armor pieces, guardian spirits, cores and accessories, and my "build" is all over the place at the moment, nowhere near being optimized. I could've easily have more HP and damage reduction if I went full on tanky.
Then you where over leveled when you went into the DLC. My build is also just spread out on stats so I can wear all armor I see.
No, I simply:
- Prioritized getting defense and HP bonuses on my equipment and Spirit Guardians.
- Joined Todo to get bonus HP from Stamina and damage from equipment weight.
- Boosted my damage with poison and stacked Poison Accumulation and Melee Damage vs. Poisoned Enemy stat (got it both on Magatama and Yatsu-No-Kami soul core).
- Also remodeled my splitstaff to scale off of Courage (A-) and got Attack Bonus (Stamina) A+ on it.
- Also got Rejuvenation Talismans with Amplification for a passive health regen during fights.
How you stack up stats on your equipment, cores and spirits is more important than your character's level and how you distribute your attributes. Pay more attention to your items, and not just what level are you.
I pretty much completely agree with you, I always make some small temper adjustment whenever I get new armor or weapons. I just beat the base game and started the first DLC and these are my stats: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2403189672
I haven't fought the boss you're talking about but I'm confident that nothing will be able to one-shot me and I can block anything.
your build is weak and so are you.
The only time an enemy came close to one-shotting me was when a revenant I summoned threw this big ass bomb at me, I blocked the initial explosion but I didn't expect it was a cluster bomb and the following explosions took 80% of my life. It was insane damage.
Depending on the damage I'll just tank them, equip tengu yokai ability or have a quick-change scroll enabled. Assuming I can't dodge them.
Stance affect your I frame counts much more, with the high stance roll having the most Iframes normally and mid roll with extended dodge invulnerability giving the absolute most with the double dodge.
Hey OP i think they're talking about you.
Red weight is irrelevant since it is to be frank unplayable and I don't think any advocates for going above 100% weight.
I didn't upgrade any skill, never used any magic and played like an idiot pretty much always using the med stance.
I'm still confused with this one. I just beat the Snake boss at the end of the 1st region after a lot of tries. I use the double Katana and I've no idea how I've won. For some reason, he lost a lot of life at some point. He was annoying as ****.
This game's weird.
