Fist skill beyond infinity won't work.

I've got this skill set on high stance, but for some reason it doesn't work. I got it on block + square. So I've tried holding block + square and mashing square, and I've tried pushing block + square and mashing square, and neither works. If that's not how you do it, then this game is really terrible at explaining this.

Are you talking about the speed part of it? It's a timing based ability, where you press square on the flashes. If you mash it won't work.

You can't spam with Fist, the cool combos in the moveset requires well timed button inputs.

Yeah it takes a while to practice but when you get it going its pretty epic, imma be honest though i got a bit lazy and just made a macro using autohotkey that times the whole thing with a single button :P

I just swapped it out, and stopped using (or trying) to use it. My build is more of a ninjetsu-feather spammer than a fist build, and using stuff like this isn't integral to the function of my build. I'd be losing DPS if I used beyond infinity over using feathers on a mob anyway.

I prefer bread and butter stuff like reckless charge, and the double kick, and battering ram, archer's impact, etc. Those are the moves I use on fists.

If I wanted to make a "fist" build that actually does damage, I'd use that "bare fist" build, because bare fists cuck actual fist weapons on damage. I saw one guy hitting for 50k+ with regular punches bare handed.

Someone needs to mod this and remove the execution window to where mashing the button works. It's impossible for me to time 4 buttons in a row on different sequences, and the timing is extremely tight on it as well. I might hit all 4 once in 50 attempts if I'm lucky, been at this for 20 minutes, and wasn't any better at doing it after 20 minutes than I was after 2, so this is 100% impossible for me to time it.

No other players I've talked to on discord could hit the timing on this either with any consistency. Almost nobody uses this attack because the timing is near impossible to get.

There's at least 4 or 5 other spammable skills better than this, unless you can hit the timing.

1.5 Second(S)
1 second(S)
0.8 second(S)
1.2 second(S)

Thats a perfect one though so if you miss the first the timing for the others will be off.

Its broken with the right build so i think its a "get out what you put in" skill which is cool

like putting extraction talisman on something with a "blah blah" (amrita absorption) while hitting them a ton is super good.

I don't really get the fast one often and it's still pretty darn great, however, Unlimited is also REALLY good so if you don't want to slowly master BI just use Unlimited. It's not much worse.

only infinity needs realy timed stuff... simple combos etc is just spamming Heavy and light attacks in different orders building up your Combo buff all the way to 9. hell you even have auto dodge build into spamming XD

Sometimes Fist of Reckoning can be better vs humans on corruption builds, you can get never ending attacks with ki reduction and ki steal. But yeah, vs Yokai it's hard to beat a BI + confused on an out of KI guy.
