Ochoko Cup farming

I've just been slaughtering the graves in the sidequests. worked pretty well so far.

you can use the graves to farm cups
or
you can buy them with glory from hidden tea house
or
you can try to grab some from kodama bazar

A voice in the Twilight is where I usually see massive graves. It's in the Awakening map on the far left top corner.

you might not know this yet:
in the kodama basar you can use triangle (ps4 controler) when hovering above the items of the middle slots to always rebuy them when visiting the shrine. this includes ochoko cups. If you do this then whenever you start a mission you will already have rebought 5 ochoko cups prior to selecting the mission, so youll always be able to atleast get the 5-cups bonus on rare equipment drops. also incase you intended to farm to use blue graves or whatever, youll also always have enough cups for that using the method i discribed.

in other words, farming cups might not be worth it at all.

Joining randoms in the Torii Gate is the fastest way, by far, to get them. You get them as rewards and they also drop for you, as a visitor, during the missions. You get a ton of them.

i havent really pugged that much because im bad at these sorts of games. blacksmith boss killed me ALOT before i could beat him. id be subjecting someone to suffering lol.

join random games and random monsters will drop cups for you. They will drop rare smithing materials for tempering too.

What is "random games"? Kinda new too. Well, i have just done the missions. Dont know about the other stuff.

Join games as a visitor. Aka torri gate or square button in certain areas (twilight - underworld).
