Performance on a Gtx 1060 6GB and i5-8400?

all the benchmark videos online are around 3 weeks old so did not benefit from the new patch. How is performance with this hardware on 1080p?

In Patch was DLSS, which is for RTX cards... I don't know if they improved performance in general.

I get 50-60 FPS with custom settings, maxed textures, low shadows and everything else off. 95% of my gameplay experience is at a constant 60FPS due to a few zones running not so well due to smoke, rain and fog being more visible in these areas. Maxed settings is anywhere between 40-60FPS, not stable enough for my taste. This is at 1080P.

I think the game should run better on your rig than mine.

If it's any consolation, I'm running this game on a i7-2600K and a GTX 970 and get 60 fps @1080p for the most part except for some effect heavy areas (40-45 fps at worst). Make sure to turn effects down or else every shiny Amrita absorbtion will cut your fps in half.

My GTX 980 is basically on par with the 1060 and the game runs very well for me on 1080p. So good in fact that I play on 1440p with 40-60 fps. Texture and Effect Quality high, the rest off. Rendering resolution 100%.

Damn, that card holds it own very well.

Alright the game runs very good, locked 60 no drops, only in character creation. One of my all time favorite games is monster hunter world, and after playing that game the bar for weapons got set so incredibly high that i thought no other 3rd person """"soulslike"""" combat rpg could come close. Nioh 2 feeels so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good to play, no button mashing, just pure skill. ♥♥♥♥ this is good.

I play the game just fine @1080p with max settings locked at 60fps.

I use a 1070 and i5-8500.
