It's the same version as what is one the ps5. It's just a "remaster" for the consoles because they can finally run it without the super low res mode to get to 60fps.

No. The first game on PC does not have the ultra wide and 120fps support the PS5 version has.

There's zero difference between the PC and PS5 complete editions, save for potentially exclusive dlc (that are japanese only anyway)
