Porting character codes from PS4/5 to PC (No longer active)

Want a character code currently stuck on PS4/5 working on PC? Just post it here and I'll port it when I'm able. How am I able to do this? I have both versions so for me it's possible to do this.
Edit: I don't have the time to do this anymore like I did 3 years ago. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone else wants to take up the remaining requests.

Impossible. I have not deleted or overwritten them so they should work just fine I literally just ported them last night. My profile has all the screenshots with the character codes so perhaps I just made a typo.

I have no earthly clue how considering I just did them last night. I'll go into my game and see if anything has changed. Edit: I went and checked and noticed the codes were missing. My guess is even after i submitted the codes when the game crashed it must have just deleted the codes. With update 1.27.00 being so crap you can probably understand how frustrating it can be to port codes atm. I'll have to port them again when I have the time.

Understandable, since 1.27 hit I can't play the game without it crashing at least once per day. You're doing God's work OP, I can wait, take your time.
