In that super-postgame area you are shoehorned into specific builds to actually progress which range from strong to straight up broken and gamebreaking (feathers) so no meme builds.
It's still enjoyable farming stuff but once I beat the final floor I don't know what's left to do honestly.
If you aren't into grindy progression games then you shouldn't be playing these types of games in the first place.. I love these types of games ever since I was a kid I mean who wouldn't like to repeat the same crap and seeing your character progress and get stronger? but then again these types of games isn't for everyone due to people just being too impatient.. You have to have a knack for these types of games to actually enjoy them.
Or are you suggesting that a level 1 weapon can do a billion damage in a reasonable time frame before the boss oneshots you? And you need to do that thrice for one floor, sure bud.
He's right that the game is doable without meta builds but I don't think it's the most efficient way to play lol... I guess some players just like doing 1 damage on the boss all the time for the challenge I guess?
I'm confused but ok lol.
Once they fix the crashes i'm going to start again and just have my own endgame on DotD.

The video literally shows it's a 190(+46) Odachi. Also they swap to a switchglaive halfway through.
I actually have to stance dance now! Sometimes.
Also I benefit from stance dancing in a pure numerical way, and not just a practical way.
Before now, I never had to change from high stance, basically ever. On maybe 70% of all weapon types.
