My save is GONE

Yo, what happened? I haven't played this since April 27th and decided today I wanted to stream it. Log in and my DotN save is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gone. I tried reinstalling. I tried verifying my game files. I tried removing the mods and the enabler I had. I tried moving my Cloud saves into the SAVEDATA folder and nothing is working. What the ♥♥♥♥ happened? I need help.

Have you deleted any folders named Nioh 2 between then and now, saves aren't located in the steam folder but in Documents

I was just mentioning it in passing; no need to be rude about it. I didn't even link a Twitch or anything. I could be streaming on Discord for friends for all you know. Don't assume things without solid facts.

No, I haven't touched anything. I know where the saves are located but downloading them from the Cloud and dropping them in there, like I said in the OP, is not working.

So what happens when you move the files in? Game doesn't recognize them at all? What is in your save folder? It's possible that for some reason the game doesn't recognize you as the owner of the save file. That's all I can think of really.

Yeah, the game doesn't seem to recognize them at all. It's the "GijindukaCharacterData" saves from the Cloud, right? I dropped a few in there, including my latest one for April 27th, and the game isn't reading them at all.

If it's still not recognizing them I'd guess either they are corrupted or for some reason it doesn't recognize the steam ID (cause that reminded of how it was when I was learning how to import someone else's save in Nioh 1.) There is also a backup data in that save folder that you could try as well.

I think you just rename it like your savedata.bin and overwrite the current savedata.bin. Back it up though just in case I'm wrong :)

That didn't work and playing around further with the CharacterData files in the Cloud finally prompted the game to tell me stuff was corrupt. I think I'm SOL on this but I don't understand why. I haven't touched ANY files for this game since April. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Here's what my Cloud page looks like, if it helps at all. I may just have to download a complete save file. :(
