Report a translation problem
It helps a lot if some of your survivors have the 'Deliver' task higher priority than anything else, so they will pick up things like that lying around the map in between other tasks.
Or sometimes I set them all to deliver for a few hours, then they all run around gathering things and put it where it belongs.
Sometimes that can be better, since when someone have deliver as highest priority, they can stop doing what they do and go collect a stack of grain that someone else is currently harvesting...
I like micro-management, btw, but I've never reloaded or felt the need for automatic pause, I must admit. But an option for it would be good, I guess
Or I did some reloading, come to think of it, when I was 'scum-saving' to get more survivors on expeditions, but I got fed up with that a while ago.
