problems with bulding hot air ballon.

My settlers dont want to build a hot air balloon even though I have all the raw materials. They especially don't want to deliver leather/fabric. Everybody don't know what to do with it? I am playing a nwe trading scenario. I use mods. THX.

A few thoughts-

1. Mods could have bugged your build?

2. Alternately, do you have the right "leather" ... skinbark and hides have to be made into a more processed version - skinbark you make into purple leather on workbenches, and hides you cure into leather on drying racks.

3. Have to tried force tasking a delivery? (highlight the portrait of the survivor, right click the item [hotair balloon construction site], select deliver)

If you already know these things, then ignore my comment 😅, and I hope you find out what the problem is with your build!!

Ive got the same issue. Ive also got a ton of mods, so bit hard to nail down.
