Can't Reach Shirt

I've searched the 'can't reach' bug and no one seems to be having the same one specifically that I am. No mods. No issues with it until suddenly I see the message start flashing up. Prior to this, they were able to get the shirts just fine. They were able to change them out when I told them by changing it vial their character sheet. They were able to equip it when I told them to go to the storage unit (double wardrobe) and equip it from the storage unit's menu. I'm still getting the message. I've moved the storage unit around. Moved it away from a wall. Put it in a room by itself (away from a wall). I can't think of anything else. Anyone have any ideas or thoughts? (And yes, I have doors on the edge of my structures.)

Would you have a screenshot perhaps when that message pops up as to see the situation more clearly ?

What I suddenly wondered is if it might be possible that its a scavenged item from a ship that got dropped on the ground and they can't reach it now? I have all my peeps set to 1 on delivery, to try and keep stuff from laying around and decaying. I clearly saw one fellow who was returning with scavenged materials and the 'can't reach shirt' flashed up over his head as he was on his way back to the base. I can try to get a screen shot but if it flashes up in the base (like it has done) when all my people are in there, I don't think the SS will reveal much. Also, another realization. When it flashes up... it flashes up at the same time, basically, over people but its only like 3 people. (Also, I checked their shirts they are wearing and they are only down by half.)

thats a really good guess as a possible culprit. might check around the debris spots youve scavenged/salvaged at and drag selection boxes around them and see what you can find.

I think it has nothing to do with the wardrobe. There is a shirt somewhere in an unreachable location. Obstructed by another object like a desk, fence, inside a wall, balloon etc.
They are not trying to change their clothing, they are trying to do a delivery task.
If you were crafting shirts, try moving the tailoring desk. Maybe that fixes it.

I don't think shirts are found with scavenging ? But maybe they dropped their own shirt there for some odd reason like selection "nothing" in the gear panel for shirts. They do tend to drop it on the spot.
And yes, perhaps dragging small boxes might list the shirt.

Ding Ding Ding! Flin Fredstone is the winner and gets the chicken dinner and I'm a dumb bunny. I'm having to double up on work stations just to try and get the supplies I need, so I added another tailoring table in. Here is the culprit (besides me, that is):
