Reduce roting delay, mod.

Does anyone know if a mod can reduce the roting delay?

Not sure on that, I havent used mods before on this game, but I do know once you unlock ac units, you can build a freezer room which will pretty much stop food from rotting, everything else you just need it under a roof.
