My folks always ravenously hungry - how to force them to eat?

The refrigerator is full with cooked food, there are no restrictions on eating, 7-8 hours of "anything" schedule in the timetable, 2-3 hours of relax - but my folks constantly get ravenously hungry or even starving...
They are at home, doing work around the base, crafting, etc so no long travels....

What I supposed to do to make sure my people eat regularly?

Those idiots love to eat all the time, even when they're not hungry.
So it's either:
1) You unchecked cook food in their restrictions tab.
2) Some mod is misbehaving.

Also check their priorities. If you put things at 1 or 2 they think it's an emergency and don't take care of themselves.

Was priority the problem?
I didn't think it would be coz OP said 7-8 hours of "anything" in schedule. That should stop even P1 work and they'll go eat.

Anything doesn't stop anything. Relax should, but 2-3 hours wouldn't be enough.
