How to get a couple sleep together

I have a couple, they have one room and each a bed, but they still get a negative moodlet due they aren't sleeping together in one bed.

But i just cannot seem to find a 2 person sized bed, how to i get such a bed, or at least how do you get them Sleep with their beloved..

Simply place two single beds side by side. Works for me.
