Cannot remove specific object (Wall inside room on the 3rd floor)

Hi community and possibly devs.
I have issue with removing a wall inside a room. Please, find screenshot attached. I tried a lot of things like building wall next to it and clicking twice on the wall, different angles, tried from different floor, removed floor, removed external walls.

And much more.

This wall is annoying. I spent on this like 40 mins total. I HATE this wall. Please, advise how to get rid of this piece of pile, thank you in advance!

I have a similar issue with a fence stuck inside a foundation. I expected the fence to be auto-removed when the floor/foundation was built, but it wasn't.

I take it you can't just ignore it? There's no screenshot attached to see just how glaringly obvious it is. In the case of my fence, I don't see it unless I actively look for it.

Okay, now there are screenshots.

Did you try moving/removing the ladder/elevator that is right there, and THEN removing the wall? With ladders/elevators being new, it seems like a likely culprit for this kind of bug.

Yah, before I saw your picture I was thinking it was more like my fence issue. I would not be able to ignore that wall either. It'd drive me nuts...it's right out there, in your face.

If you have access to a file sharing site, like google drive or something and are willing to upload your save file, I'd download it to see if I can figure something out. I like puzzles.

BTW, console will not stick in there, I assume as it has to have one more cell to use it.

I'm glad you said something, i did not see your link when you posted it. I must have looked at that post before you did the edit.

I got it selected and can deconstruct it. To do so, you need to move the elevator, and the stove and VR machine on the levels directly below it. Then deconstruct the ceiling on the left side of the wall, on the stove's level (where that ceiling tile is a floor).

This will also lead to deconstruction of all ceilings and the roof above of it. But that can be rebuilt.

Anyway, once you do that, the wall shows itself to be 3 stories tall, and can be selected for deconstruction:

okay, I actually was able to delete it right away after my comment
i decided to build another wall in the same line and was able to double click through new wall the other :)

So silly of me not to do that in the first place :)

Hope our findings help other or that this annoying scenario does not happen to anybody else :)
