Unconscious colonists after battle?!?
How do I save colonists who are unconscious after a battle. I can't seem to do anything with them - they just lie there and bleed to death ;(
Please help.

Do you have colonists with Heal enabled and prioritized under the Activities tab? I mark heal as top priority (1 or 2) and I make sure no other activities has higher priority than heal for several of my colonists early on. They usually pick up the unconscious person right away without any micromanage on my part. I've only had colonists become unconscious after I had someone else knock them down to stop a mental break though.

Or they can just drop from sheer exhaustion.

Seems you can assign another survivor to rescue them same as assigning any task manually.
I think I did that prior to the patch and have not attempted since so could be broken or I'm just imagining it can be done.

Try drafting them again see if they wake up then run them to their room undraft. I was having this problem too, I can't right click them to move to safety, draft did the trick. They seem to just lay on the ground as if their bed is far away and no one will tend to them if not in bed. I haven't tried it yet but you may be able to right click the bed as an option. If neither work use a save or try to finish without them.

If you send them out without rest, they will fall asleep, this is different to them being made unconscious. With the latter you can carry them to safety, if they're asleep you can only wait for them to wake up. It's a pretty stupid mechanic..

Similarly, the walking injured can actually be picked up and carried, you can also make a sleeping mat and try to heal them on the spot, but that requires the medic to have bandages or a part used medikit on them I think. Not sure how I got this to work but on a few occasions I was able to reduce bleeding from 10 to 2-3 before having to move them again.

I've had issues with being able to "carry to safety" after battles when they faint/fall near a destroyed object. I've found you have to clear away the debris first before you can access the fallen body.

There's a bug where if a survivor faints while in a tower and then the tower is destroyed -- it's impossible to treat or move the survivor. The only thing you can do is reload.
