Can't build lights
I'm unable to use the normal vanilla ceiling lamp when placing them under a roof and getting a message "Obstructed access" and in the info panel the message" The survivors will not be able to use this device if it's placed here" but all that is in the room is a bed and I get the same message when trying in a empty room since the new update

Usually it also says what the obstruction is. If not, make sure you are on the correct build level ? The house with a number icon on the top right of your screen.

Doesn't say anything, when there is a roof overhead, I get those messages and not being funny/nasty but i do know how to play this game with regards to being on the right level to install things. Can use them on the first floor but not the second floor that's got the solar roof overhead

It now seems that the survivors build lights from above rather than below like before

This picture shows what happens to the roof and the message i get when installing the ceiling lamps first and then try to install the roof over the top of them, gaps are in the roof where the lights are put

I can't tell from your name if you're a vet or not. I did not bother to try and check profile.
Hence why a reply starts with probably obvious solutions.

But if your issue wont get resolved here you can always send in an in game bug report. Might put the devs on a path to correct this if it's an oversight.

It's fine my friend but shouldn't have to be a vet or not to know what level you are on but anyway thanks for you help
