How do I delete food, manure and luck charms?

They are clogging my storage. How can I delete these items?

I only know how to deconstruct weapons and clothing.

Just dont allow them in any storages that are indoors, you can always put a few storages outside that allows only them so that they will eventually rot away.

Unfortunately, in the vanilla game, the only way is to leave them outside, without a roof, until they decay on their own as @starlight78sso indicated.

If you are willing to use mods, there are several different mods that can take care of your problems. I have a "Trash Can" mod on the workshop that lets you set up recipes to quickly get rid of any resources in the game, other than gear and for the Good Luck Charm, my Large Batch Recipes mod enables dismantle on it, just like all other gear.

The problem with storing it outside or not allowing storage, is that I do want some of my syrup for cooking, some of my manure to fertilize and make gas, but do not need 5,000 sitting in storage.

The fact you cannot delete materials in the vanilla game is absurd. Devs? Hello?

@GirthQQuakes, that's what the "Store here first" button helps with. You set a limited amount of storage for items, based on how much you want around, with that setting.

Then for overflow you just have it dumped to a stockpile outside where it will decay.

Why not stop harvesting the raw food when you have enough in stock ?
Slaughter some of the herd when you pick up more manure than you use for fuel or fertilize fields.
For the charms i don't know. I remember there was a discussion about that a while ago.\

Easiest solution is not to gather manure, don't make charms and only make food with "Until" checked. Don't gather berries and veggies too much, only that what you need and for winter put some storage outside, because it's cold outside and nothing will be spoiled.
