Report a translation problem
I mean he is a great worker especially with his double skill XP and you can get away with him helping out for quite some time on the lower difficulties but on the higher difficulty his condition deteriorates a lot faster at that point I try to get him off planet as soon as I can, either via escape pod in crash landing or just not re hiring him in trade.
For now, one of the things I did was set up his schedule so that he takes a nap in the middle of the day (and just sleeps less time at night). That should keep his rested state from ever getting too low so he's less likely to pass out on me.
It's actually kind of cool that the "old guy needs to nap".
