Indoor temp and thermostat

What am i doing wrong here?
Thermostat says temp is over 18c, while it's cleary not. It's 17c and therefor thermostat should turn stuff on. But it does not.

where did u place the termostat?...inside out side,,,next to the furnace... also termostat have 2 cirkuits...what have u selected for 1 and what for 2?

Yeah, something is not right there. Says temp is above 18 when it's not. Might be a kind of delay that's put into the thermostat, to prevent it from going on and off all the time? I think real ones do that. Does it kick in at lower temperatures?

Only used thermostats once myself, and gone straight to air conditioners with their built-in thermostats since. Don't remember if they behave the same way, but it would make sense.

Weird... Wherever your thermostat is, it should by all rights be 17c there. The only thing I can figure is that the actual game math is handled in Fahrenheit and the Fahrenheit temperature is converted to Celsius when you have the default setting on. Because 17-18C is roughly 63.3-64.4F, it's possible the actual temperature 64, which is technically below 18C and thus reading as 17C, but it's actually not yet at 63F which would be the switch point.

lol...guys...there is nothing wrong...just looks like someone thinks the termostat mesures the aproximate room temperature what is wrong...termostat mesures the exact tile where it is placed, that means if he placed a heter next to the termosta ofk 2-3 tiles araund the heter is different temperature = warmer...or if u placed it next to a fan. The termostat is apsolutely realistic and everithing is fine with him!

True, but notice what OP said: The mouse was on the thermostat, meaning on that exact tile, the temperature was 17C.

i think the termostat is placed on the wall that looks outside and he lose 1 C on that wall...looks like the wall is counted like a mid tile or another tile. I dont see issue here he got the aprox req temperature.
