That would seem to be the Hall of Fame for breakthroughs. If you do find all five, it's entirely possible something else will be missing, such as insect nests. Or grain. :)

Thanks for sharing your findings. That explains why the source of that information is tagged as deprecated. They must have made some changes to the seed generation since the data was gathered.

Just FYI, if you don't already have the link, this[docs.google.com] is a google doc spreadsheet where some are tracking seeds and their results.
The results which you indicated were 'no good' are in hidden pages of it. Obviously hidden because the game seed results were changed in an update in ~March.

Glad to have helped. Seed generation must have changed. Thanks for the link to that spreadsheet. The seed names on that spreadsheet would be useful.

Yes, the breakthroughs for every seed were scrambled in the March 28 update. It has been suggested that the scrambling was not even intentional, because there was no mention of the scrambling in the dev notes for the update. They changed something fundamental that the breakthroughs depended on, and the different breakthroughs were just a by-product of that change. Furthermore, the number of breakthroughs for many seeds was changed from five to four, so that might make it even more challenging to find the five you want.

I had pages of notes listing all the breakthroughs for scores of seeds -- all useless. In the first pinned thread on this discussion on Community Recommended Seeds, everything before March 28 (including the OP) has to be considered outdated with regard to breakthroughs. Don't trust anything posted before March 28.

I guess we need to search again for the seeds .

I really wanted:
Graphene solar cells
Battery optimisation
Balloon optimisation
Improved rail rifle
Carbon armour
Went through more than 2200 seeds, but finally found "GUEST-SIR".
Cloth blossom is a bit more of a walk than I wanted & farmland is mostly 75%, but otherwise this has everything I wanted.

Unfortunately, as soon as I checked the breakthroughs & found them wanting,I discarded without making further notes. I certainly never got far enough to find walk ins.
I do have 1 seed that I found before I realised the importance of good breakthroughs:
FIR-TREE
Chitin synthetics
Improved solar cells
Graphene solar cells
Improved laser pistol
Carbon armour
At spawn (with crash site on screen):
Buttermelon, skinbark, cloth blossom, glittercaps, fruit bush, graincob, hay, smoke leaf, silicon leaf, 6 salvage sites & 1 nest.
Loads of trees & bushes, some stone but not a lot.
Day 5 walk in.

Someone went through the game files and posted the list of all of the keywords used for seeds, and there is 892 of them, which can be used in a combination of either "keyword-keyword" or just "keyword", which means there are "892*892+(892*2)" possible combinations, a total of 797448 different seeds. And that's without considering that you can also just type in anything you want.
