Defaulting Manure to Allowed?

I've been picking up Manure left behind by the longhorns, but I have to manually find it and allow it so my people can fertilize plans with it.

Is there a way to change the default to allowed so if they find it, they'll just pick it up and use it?

Manure from Ulfens in the wild has to be selected each time and set to Use. You can drag a box on the map with your mouse and from the list that pops up select the manure and set it to Use.
The manure from domesticated Ulfens only has to be set to Use once and the people will collect any fresh manure from then on from them.

That's what I've been doing, thanks. Good to know about when I'm finally ready to domesticate some of them.
