My best so far that works quite well is this, gives you from time to time half an hour of idle time during relaxing time...
Sleep 22.00-03.00
Surviviors lose 5 hours worth of sleep on a daily basis, so 5 hours sleeping time as base.. However they wont be in bed at excactly 22.00, as they need to go there etc. which is why you want your anything time just after sleeping time.
Anyting time: 04.00-05.00
To get fully rested and catch up sleeping needs if there was a night attack etc. They will stay in bed until 100% rested in those 2 hours allocated to anything.
Worktime 06.00 - 18.00
Daylight starts around 05.00, usually they will already be working during the any time hours, getting them home at 18.00 will have them inside before dark (19.00) always keeping up high manipulation/speed
Relax time 19.00-21.00
Doing this just before sleep, as it doesnt drop while sleeping, meaning anything time is used for catching up sleep if needed, eating or already working.
Could you show me A screenshot of your setup?
been a while since i played so might need slight adjustment but should be set in the order i placed it... little unsure if it was 3 hours of relax time and 2 hours anything time, or if it was the other way around. If i remember wrong and its the other way around its relaxtime from 19.00 and last hour of anything time should be replaced with work time.
