Retinal Burn

Have no clue where I (Ken) got it (walking outside during solar flares?) or was it acid burn from flyers? Big debilitating debuff though.

Not to diminish your post but i read rectal burn and thought yeah that's a tough one.

Retinal Burn comes from the flash of the computer screen if you manage to get into the locked room on the Armoury Pod expedition and you try to hack the computer for info, if I recall correctly. I thinks its permanent.

I did that mission with him, usually use a genius for that one but I do not have one in the current team comp, thanks for clearing that up.

I had the same thing happen to Ken on one of my playthroughs, so I just reloaded and left the computer alone I don't know if you can get a good outcome out of messing with that screen or not.

Now I'm genuinely sad that the game doesn't have chilies that would inflict something like that on the Survivors.

I think I lucked out once and got some pretty good loot from the armoury, and had a near-death experience another time when the survivor didn't guess the password correctly and the thing decided to self-destruct in retaliation.

u get a breakthrough on that one if u have the genius not sure if people with high intellect but without genius trait can solve that.

You can usually get into the room ok and theres always a weapon to grab and maybe some other electronics, but I've never had a good result from checking the computer inside the room. Maybe just unlucky.
