No-one wants wine?

My group (9 people) are making ale and wine at the moment and everyone is drinking the ale, but no-one is touching the wine at all. Uncultured philistines!

Nah, its all allowed by default. They can drink the wine, they just choose not to.

I have found that the survivors like to partake in the "most recent" luxury. They seem to get bored with the same old same old. BUT you can force them to drink the wine if you wish.

I do not force people to drink my wine, monsieur. I permit them to experience the sensation!

On a serious note though, the wine is actually the latest addition to my menu, so it came long after the ale.

Maybe you should disallow ale so they drink the wine.
