Platform.cheats = true no longer working

Please, bring back Platform.cheats = true.
They are no longer working. CTRL-C was a great help with the additional features.
I love playing with cheats.
Please bring it back.

well for one you pay for the game and you use some cheats to test things if steam don't like that ♥♥♥♥ they can give my money back PLAIN N DAMN SIMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usualy dont use cheats but in rimworld i got used to have devmode enabled for troubleshooting of bugs from mods dont fully understand why they remove this.

no cheat menu.....no stranded Alien Dawn........simply............game deleted.....many thanks to Steam for nothing!!!!

Yes - this is the attitude of today's young generations. Where they can't cheat at least a little, they don't go for it...

I would imagine that it is quite useful information for the devs to see that for X amount of people, the options to have cheats in for various reasons is important. But hey lets all just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the youth for giving their review on a singleplayer game in early access

I suppose is not reason attack each other here. It only make the smile on my face about outrage that did the devs decision to bann cheats. I find the reactions ridiculous. In 40 years of gaming (ZX-81, ZX Spectrum, Sharp MZ821 and PC) I have only used a cheat once in a single game (Valheim - GhostMode). And certainly after it i didn't attack the developers for banning cheat console and thanks it i didnt to spread negative reviews ...
I find it quite strange that a person would buy a game for 30 Euro just to be able to cheat in it...
For 30 Eur i must be 1/2 day in the work

I can't understand this kind of bad modification...
This game is simulation... Not to compete nor fight with any other players.
There is no cheat originally, just I'd like to enjoy comparing or trying different conditions easily...
Real Cheater is Steam.

This what we get for buying cloud based anything, you have no control over what happens with that product and can be denied access to the product or specific features at the flip of a switch or the next ISP outage. I only use steam for items I can not find hard copy of or don't care about being denied access.

It would be nice to at least have the option of rolling back to a previous version, like other titles let you do.

I don't believe we have any official reason as to why they were removed yet. So we can hope for an answer or just give up modding the game entirely, which is the most likely path for many of us.

The release of modding tools is usually reserved for the end of or nearly the end of development. Releasing them now will only cause many, (most), mods to fail after each important update.

These last two updates have seriously confused me with their content. There is so much missing from the game, (I hope), that to push incomplete 'ranching' and modding is beyond belief. It is almost like this game hasn't decided what it wants to be yet.

I've seen you on multiple posts about the same content. Why are you trolling people? You do realize that you can find yourself with multiple different punishments including losing CD key rights for trolling people? If you don't like peoples opinions that's fine, but to actively search for content you do not agree with just to INSULT people puts you deep in the cross-hairs for some sort of punishment. You need to chill and stay away from modding & cheating conversations.
