Black Screen and black bars on MacBook (Parallels)

Hi!

Has someone successfully played the game on a Macbook Pro using Parallels?

In the game menu there are black bars on top of some letters...so instead of the letter there is a small black bar. Also when I start a game or tutorial after 1 second the screen gets black and I can only see the player menu at the top.

Maybe someone knows a solution to it.

Yes, just bought the game now and experiencing little black vertical lines wherever there is text. A bit annoying but I don't know how to fix it.Playing with the video options didn't doing anything useful I could see.
I am using Windows 11 on Parallels 18 on an M1 MBP (13"), 16GB RAM

Email Parallels for support, of course it's best with a real native windows installation instead of through a virtual machine.

I just bought the game and I have the same issue. I'm running Parallels 18.2.0 (53488) on a Mac Studio M1 Max 32 Gb on Ventura 13.3.1 (a).

I had the black lines that I was able to resolve with playing with resolutions. The black screen when the game starts is a no go, cant solve this one. Everything works except when the game starts the screen is black but all menus, notifications, announcements, etc work but cannot see the characters nor the environment. Sound works as well. It is unfortunate. Sonoma 14.2.1 with Parallels 18.3.2 ; M2 Max.

I haven't tried Parallels but it works quite well using Crossover https://www.codeweavers.com/crossover/ on my M1 Max.

Thanks for the tip using crossover. Unfortunately it is not working for me. There I have a complete black screen - even without seeing the menus. Is it still working for you?

It is working now with crossover. Starting a new game and NOT skipping the intro video made it for me.
