automatic open gate when a survivor want to get out ?

is there a way to open automatically the gate when a survivor wants to get out ?

Nope, I don't even use the large gates anymore. You can use the small fence gates instead, and the survivors open these manually as they want.

Also a little tip/spoiler: Don't fully block off your base from the outside, including farms, otherwise the bugs will attack your fences and you'll be spending all your time repairing them. Instead leave a gap and place traps and turrets in the gap.

You can always build Fortifications with door and a fence with a gate right in front of it, so you can leave the fortification door open.
