TOO LONG to drink

Really if i took this long to drink. Id consider eating jello! Its about as long as eating. 2 cups of anything and half the day is gone.

Yeah the pacing is all over the place, takes an hour to walk 100m. I reckon they just globally slowed everything down to always be under the gun.

Drinking is in general considered a leisure activity which generally takes a few hours. If you don't want them drinking your alchohol you can ban it.
