actually I faced a similar Issue. Now that I am start to build actual Buildings, my Survivors start to have, what appears to me, Pathfinding Issues. I have no blocked pathways, that is for sure. I made sure that my Storage (shelfs) is surounded by empty floor Tiles (Floor is however Bricks). Now what happens is, they run out to a scavenge site to Haul stuff, they arrive and pick it up and then imidiately drop it with "no Access to Storage". Then they pick it up again and drop it again.
Another example is that they sleep next to their Bed on the Ground. Bedroom is 4x5, Bed is not blocked but they still cannot get to it somehow. the next Night, they manage to sleepin the Bed. These Pathfinding Messages are getting more and more.
Unfortunately, I do not know how to upload a Screenshot to Steam :)
But I did do a Bug Report thingi at least.
I mean a quick google search brings up instructions on how to take and upload and post a screen shot to steam forums....
If you expected your survivors to put wood onto shelves that is not going to happen.. they require a stock pile that has ' WOOD ' allowed. And is not blocked by anything.

-Have you submitted an ingame bug report to the Dev(s) ?
- Did the game not give warning about pathfinding issues when ya placed sheds this close?
