Report a translation problem
then go into the System folder there and open up the file UnrealTournament.ini in a text editor.
scroll down to the section called [WinDrv.WindowsClient]
change these 2 values:
FullscreenViewportX=1920
FullscreenViewportY=1080
don't edit any other .ini files unless you know what you're doing. some of them may make steam think you're trying to cheat if you change them, but this one is safe to edit.
also: if anyone ever has problems getting the game on your monitor after changing monitors, following the same steps and changing those values to your new monitor's native resolution may save that problem too. It worked for me when I switched to a smaller monitor with UT2004.
