mod questions (NW3, U4E, and Chaos)

i have nali weapons 3, unreal4ever, and chaos mods but i was wondering if and how to make it so that all weapons are able to be picked up, any ideas?

That's a hard one. There may be a mod out there that plays like UT2004's Ballistic Weapons Arena mutator; what that does is spawns each player with a random weapon (the weapons being anything from the weapon mod's own weapons to vanilla UT weapons to any weapons mod you have installed). I have no idea where you might find one though.
