Characters/Models feom 2003/2004 foe UT99?

Hey everyone. I was wondering if there is any website that has all the new factions like Juggernauts/Hellions etc from the UT 2003&2004 games to use in the original unreal tournament?

I found Juggernauts and one Nightmare character but their textures are all screwed up. Their face texture is weird when on a team but if not on a team their face is there but not the body.

Does anyone know if any modders actually created those newer characters for the original UT?

Also what about Quake3 characters? I found Anarki and Visor but what about other Quake 3 Characters?
