What about music, player models?.... Yes, we can argue you can probally download those but on vanilla installations (And yes, I include the DE/GOTY editions ea), they are still not in so unless you third party it, they are -not- in.
Not to speak of music too. lol
Oh.. and before I forgot.. gameplay balancing.. very different in 2003... lol
I know this is way late, but 2004 is far superior. It adds awesome game types, which sometimes include many different vehicles, closer to Halo.
Really miss being able to play trough the story with any character and Logo
