Gauntlet Update Feedback.
After having put a bit of time into the update i have noticed a few issues that stick out with some of the games mechanics and some that have already been a problem that could be ironed out to improve the experience of certain game systems.

Sticker attribute filters - When crafting stickers there is no way to actually search for specific mods and with 50 or so hours having 10 pages of rare mods makes looking for specific higher rolls or rare stats annoying and could be easily sorted out with a new filter.

Empty slots - Early on in the game i got an attack move that had crit chance per empty slot and crit damage on it building for this was very successful as it allowed me to obliterate most opponents in the game, turning up the difficulty to max setting i am earning a full level nearly every battle making me have to go remove a skill after every fight, this bogs down the game quite a bit and makes this sort of build annoying to use and could be fixed if we had the ability to lock empty slots or something to that nature.

Machine Curse in the gauntlet - This feels like a very arbitrary way to kill skill automation in a mode which should be pushing your builds to the limit quite a few of the builds i have use some minor form of automation for buffs, debuffs and quick attacks at the start of battle and does not feel like it adds anything to the experience outside of saying you are not allowed to do this.

Totally agree with suggestions 1 & 2, huge quality of life improvements.

#3 I don't mind as much, yeah it does kill the automated brainless loop/builds but meh, I'd rather play the game even if it is still a bit easy.

they kinda need machine curse to be prevalent otherwise you get zero effort autowin builds being run by scripts all over the place which is exactly what happened with the repeatable secret boss. also my understanding is the gauntlet is supposed to be a challenge. there is no challenge possible with random starter headshot being a viable build especially given it is now far more consistent to get the + effect chance random starters you need to trigger it.

I do agree the machine curse thing isn't the biggest issue, its just kind of annoying to find out the hard way when there is nothing to tell you that the gauntlet does this, a warning would of been nice.

I know you can actually remove a level-up sticker in the battle summary screen, but there's still the issue of remembering to do that every time the tape levels up...

Only thing i dislike is no overflow damage for npcs while we get one ourselves, just drags the whole fights for no reason, here i am wasting my 4k hits on invincible trainers once their beast died and I get nothing in return for it. Quite lame way to make content "longer".

Yea i noticed the gauntlet removes some of the mechanics from that game that are advantageous to the player like being able to knock out the trainers and automation, it just kinda feels like your fighting the game without a warning to this. I feel like this should be something you could switch on and off same with the machine curse for bonus rewards or something rather than have them as default functions.

I understand why machine curse is there, thats fine, if it wasnt there you'd just switch in and out random starter headshots. But health overflow removal makes no sense to me,it was core mechanic of the game, they could have buffed trainers hp a bit or something, not make them immune to damage. Not that devs will come see this and change anything, but maybe some mod will drop eventually in workshop to change it.

they already removed overflow damage in most endgame battles to prevent you from skipping tapes and in some fights to prevent you from skipping the NPCs fusing. this is very much an intentional already in place design mechanic and not some kind of new thing.

It's still just padding for time, instead of me 1 shotting them one time,i have to 1 shot them 3 times, waiting for all the status things to roll around and so on. Nothing changes in terms of challenge once you make a strong beast and team.
