Can't Play the Game!

Okay so, I have really been interested in this game after seeing a video on it right and I got a steam card just so I can get the game. However, when I tried to open it... I can't even get past the loading screen because of it constantly not responding. I don't know what else to do. I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling the game, running it as administer, and just wait too. I have like a good amount of minutes would say like 70-ish mins probably, I know I checked it but I forgot, in this game JUST from me trying to be patient and wait it out.

I sure have! Honestly been considering it being that it's just that the computer can't handle the game sadly as this is a very old computer, originally ran on windows vista n stuff. It has been upgraded here and there but yeah.

and what do you mean 70ish minutes, like you were playing already and it just suddenly didn't work?
yeah no one can help you without mentioning anything of your pc specs, but you mentioned vista so its prob a wee bit old now

I can't provide that right now as I am on my phone rn but when I can, I will!! Though what I mean by 70ish minutes is that, I literally just waited on the game to work [which it never did] for about that long since it was stuck on the loading screen and not responding.

EDIT: i figured it out !!

What do you have for graphics? You need a GPU that supports OpenGL 3.3 to play this game, and that means you need to make sure you have compatible drivers, which often means you need the drivers from the manufacturer website and not from Windows installation media or Windows Update, as OpenGL is third-party to Windows.
