Full list of monsters? Want to know when my mons are fully evolved

Basically what the title says, I want to know if a mon in my party will evolve or if it is fully evolved as I try to finish the bestiary :)

I had another question. What do the evolution branches mean in the wiki?
Like for Squirey it says he can evolve into either Palangolin with "honor" branch, or Manispear with "Victory" branch?

When you evolve them if they have optional branches that arnt related to day or night they will give you an question that determines the evolution. like set its soul free or return it to the earth.
