Skill for special ufo evolution?

So I found a note saying that the ufo casette could get a special evolution if it 'learned to stay close to the opponent'. (Playing with German translation).
So I tried giving an ufo a 'Magnet' sticker but it only evolved regularly.

Which skill sticker is required for the other evolution? I have been buying tons of surprise packs already and nothing fits the description.

The sticker you need to attach is "Close Encounter", not Magnet. It's learned automatically by every baseline (Metal) Allseer at 5 stars.

Close Encounter makes all the tape's moves into melee even if they're ranged.

I think I know which skill you mean.
It has a completely different name in German so there is no real association to the clue text anymore ^^' ('Ufo Begegnung' roughly translates to 'Ufo Sighting').

Yeah, ruins the pun but the actual effect still being forcing the user into melee...
