Djinn Entonic?
Where is this guy? Wiki says new london, but I haven't seen him no matter how many monsters I fight.

I've had better luck finding that one towards the end of the game in an area that won't be unlocked until really late in it.

Thanks all. Eventually got a Rumor for Djinn, and went back at that point; 4 fights in he showed up.
I'm not saying a rumor is required to get him..... >_> buuuut......

Rumors just tell you where to find a monster you haven't caught yet, you can find them without the rumor being active.
