Regarding Arkidd

Is the only place to catch him the Falldown Mall? I accidently beat him instead of recording him the first time around - so far I've been trying to get Faucetear to 'Call for help' and have him spawn - but haven't had much luck.

Should I keep going that route, farm the normal spawns for him instead, or should i just keep playing - and there'll be a place later in the game where he spawns as well?

Someone asked this question earlier, and other than rogue fusions the only place I've seen it is the mall.

That said I bumped into only 2 ghosts on the ground floor and saw one when I checked if it was there, so either it's not that rare or I was lucky.

The ghosts are a good idea - I actually ran into an Arkidd on a ghost once, but since it was a ghost, didn't think about trying to record. Hopefully I'll run across another, and it'll all work out - thanks!

Protip: the Phase Shift passive lets you punch ghosts normally.

I did manage to end up catching a ghostly Arkidd - the chance was around 17% with a Chrome Tap - but it fortunately worked out. Thanks! <3

For reference, the only creature that naturally picks up Phase Shift is Wooltergeist (a Bansheep remaster), but a lot of creatures can use it if you get the sticker, including oddballs like Puppercut.

And because it's compatible with them, you can randomly pick it up once those are already 5* or from the shop. Notably, this includes Gumbaal if you're in the minority of people who didn't pick Bansheep at the start of the game.
