Burnace location?

I've found plenty of Smogmagogs in the final station, but I still haven't even seen its unmastered form Burnace yet. Has anyone been able to find and record it? If so, where is it? Been hunting for it for a hot minute and I wanna know if I'm just uber unlucky or if it's actually tucked away somewhere I haven't looked yet.

I found my burnace in the waterloop station. Although rare there too.

They show up at the waterloop station. It takes a minute for them to show up because they are rare. I just kept going into battles and fleeing until I saw the one I needed.
