Where to find coin for robot?
I cannot find this coin to save my life. does anyone know where to find it?

Once you've found the robot, you can open your quest log and there should be a new trackable for the coin that shows which map tile it's in. It's a little to the south-west iirc, out in the open on a ledge. I believe it's the tile directly north-west of the ranger outpost in New Wirral Park, but I'm not 100% sure since it's been a bit since I did it.

EDIT: Apparently it's random for everyone! But yeah, there should be a quest thing to track that'll lead you to it.

Its in a cave system with a few entrances along the river that runs from Mt Wirall to Thirstaton Lake. One entrance is in the tile left of Lodestein and there are a couple beneath waterfalls further down the river.

Unless where it can be is random, this is not at all where I found it. I found it very much in the open, didn't have to go into any cave.

I also found it in the open - near the mall to the north.

It seems to be random, because I found mine in the same cave you find the merchant.

I found it in an entrance to the waterfall

The quest marker is on the tile of Glowcester Road train station, but the coin isn't there.
I searched all other possible locations where it could be now for hours.

You may want to check inside the station. If it's anything like certain other spawns, it might be replacing one of the chests in the side cave.
