Where do you buy tapes?
Did I miss something? I don't see where I can buy/get more tapes or is that something that needs to be unlocked?

The Pub is the door below the room you woke up in after collabsing in the begining, or the second house when entering harbour town from the east.

*Edit: It is the first option, i believe it is called "Whats on the menue" and is the only one colored.

The French girl sells it. She's statione at the reception of the pub where you and Kayleigh have a chat after completing the Tutorial.
