Quitting In the Middle of a Run

I was doing a hitless run and in the third area, I had to get off my computer, so I quit. I quit right next to a deadeye beacon, so when I logged on, the malware popup prevented me from moving to doge the projectiles and I died. This is my fault, but it also was frustrating. Could you make the game pause when you get a popup? Or something like that

Sorry that happened! This is fixed in the next update. I've made it work so the virus message pauses the game.
