New content: Cultist

Cultist will provide repeating upgrades. As you raise your Damnation level you will get much more materials, Cultist will be there to help you spend them. Surely they will not go to any nefarious purposes.

Cultist is available in town after reaching stage 5 (Palace). For existing stages he will already be there if you killed Cursed King on that save. His upgrades are not required for Perfectionist achievment.

New content:

• 3 new epic spells
  
• 3 new legendary spell
  
• 2 new legendary items

Balance:

• Wind charges now regenerate much faster out of combat
  
• Sentinel (stage 4 boss) nerfed
  
• Stages 2 and 3 are slightly easier
  
• Legendary items that gave 100% resistance now give 80%
  
• True Sword Essence 10 -> 12 base damage
